In your job as a Marks and Spencer Visual Merchandising Section Manager, your responsibilities are to:
- Manage the visual merchandising team and all aspects of their training and organisation
- Take responsibility for maintaining a unified theme and functionality across the entire store
- Monitor best-selling lines and arrange displays and dress windows accordingly
- Suggest improvements to store layouts including for seasonal periods such as Easter, Mothers Day, Christmas etc.
- Promote the Marks and Spencer brand and ensure the store is completely geared towards reflecting it

The visual merchandising team is responsible for the ‘look’ of the whole store and for making sure that every part of the shop reflects the Marks and Spencer brand.
Salary: £18,000 – £25,000 dependent on the location of the store and the post-holder’s level of experience. The natural progression for a Visual Merchandising Section Manager is to become a Commercial Manager.
