As a Marks and Spencer Store Manager, you will oversee between 10 and 60 stores spread over up to 5 commercial areas and employing in the order of 5,000 members of staff.
Your job is to work closely with the store managers to help them improve the customer experience in their stores. You will do this by drawing on your own extensive knowledge and use this to guide and counsel your team. With your vision and perspective, you will grow and develop the stores in your domain with careful selected investment in both staff training and alterations to format and presentation of product lines.

Typical pay for a Marks and Spencer Regional Manager is between £60,000 and £80,000 p.a. depending upon your experience.
