Over 370 Marks and Spencer stores need to have the right products in stock in order to attract a positive response from the half a billion customers who go through their doors every year. This is equivalent to every single man, woman and child in the UK going into a store at least 8 times a year. That is a lot of responsibility.

To be a Marks and Spencer Merchandising officer, you will be expected to have a background in merchandising, excellent analytical and communication skills. Ambition and drive are also deemed important attributes.
