Developers Capital and Counties have announced that, under their proposed plan for the regeneration of the 77-acre Earl’s Court site, 12,000 permanent jobs and 1,500 construction jobs will be created.
The ambitious project involves the building of ‘four villages and a high street’ and has been designed by Terry Farrell & Partners. Plans are on display at Earl’s Court and the scheme is currently ‘out for consultation’.
The affected land is currently owned by Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Councils, Transport for London and EC&O (Earl’s Court and Olympia).
