The Fiesta World Buffet is to open at the site of the former Chicago Rock Cafe on Lichfield Street, Walsall, West Midlands which closed just over a year ago.
The new 300-cover buffet-style restaurant will offer British, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Japanese and Thai food. There will be about 50 job vacancies created by the new eatery including 15 positions for chefs plus spots for front of house, baristas and managers.
