Camarthenshire County Council have approved revised plans for the Stephens Way, Pensarn, Carmarthen development which will see a Farm Foods supermarket, a Kentucky Fried Chicken drive-through, and a Marston’s pub built at the existing retail park.
In total, there will be 90 job vacancies being split as follows:
The development is being handled by Mango Planning. The reason for the new planning application was because the original (2008) was for a non-food retail development.
